In 2024, of all the channels, the platforms, the media, why did I choose to start a blog? It’s pretty simple, I get to control the message. This might be the dullest blog ever, or perhaps the greatest, but it will probably end up somewhere in between. When I have something worthy to say, I’ll say it here (and maybe other places too). I’ve spent far too long trying to get different projects off the ground and have gained so much experience in how to fizzle out when the motivation’s gone; when it stops being the sexy thing to do.
So this time, I’ll do it my way. This blog, and the venture itself, is another test of my theory of systems. If I can develop a system that works for this blog, it’ll work. If I don’t get the system right, it probably won’t. That’s just how life (and systems) works.
My main purpose is to put my ideas down so that I can track what I’m doing, with hopes that it helps you build your own systems and structures and along the way share my thoughts and insights from my own observations. If this resonates with you, please let me know! This world is built from experience, feedback, and trial so your insights are just as valuable as mine.
